At Aromatix Shop, we want you to be completely satisfied with your fragrance purchase. If you are not entirely happy, we offer a 30-day return policy for unused and unopened products in their original packaging.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your account or visit our Returns Portal with your order number and email address to start the process.

  Package Your Item

  Securely pack the item in its original box, ensuring all protective materials are included to prevent damage during transit.

• 3.
  Print and Attach Label

  Download your prepaid shipping label from our portal, print it, and affix it clearly to the outside of your package.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Refund

  Drop the package at any authorized carrier location; once we receive and inspect the item, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.
